No-returns policy
EleWrap does not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, providing an image of the delivered item. Options for resolution
If your complaint is validated, you may choose one of the following options:
- Re-delivery of the product at no extra charge
- A refund in the original mode of payment (the amount will reflect in your account within 10–15 working days according to standard banking timelines)
Refunds not offered in the following cases
- If the item is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender
- If the recipient is not present at the delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery
- If product quality concerns arise due to improper handling of the product after delivery
Important notes
- Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to register any complaints after this period.
- Complaints regarding non-delivery must be made within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will not be able to register any complaints after this period.
- For quality assurance, we may require a reverse pickup of the product before proceeding with re-delivery.
- We do not accept any requests for product exchanges.
- If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the undelivered portion.
How to report an issue
1. Email hello@elewrap.com within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Our team will respond within one business day with next steps — typically either a reverse pickup or a direct re-delivery.
3. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
