Refunds not offered in the following cases - If the item is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender - If the recipient is not present at the delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery - If product quality concerns arise due to improper handling of the product after delivery
Important notes - Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
